Free to build. Pay when campaigns take off.

Forms, campaigns and Google Sheets delivery are free and unlimited on every plan. The one thing the free plan limits is how many responses an organization collects each month.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a campaign?

A campaign is a published form: it pins one version, has a share link, and collects submissions. Forms and campaigns are unlimited on every plan; only the responses they collect are counted.

Who can upgrade?

An organization owner or admin, from the organization's Billing tab. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which collects any applicable tax.

What happens when a free plan reaches its monthly responses?

The free plan collects up to a set number of responses a calendar month across the whole organization. Past that, forms stop accepting answers until the month turns — a respondent who submits is told the form is not taking responses, and never sees anything about your plan. The count resets at the start of each month (UTC), and it is on the organization's Billing tab so it is never a surprise. Upgrading removes the ceiling straight away.

Is the editor really free?

Yes, on every plan. Building is never metered — no cap on forms, fields, pages or versions, and no trial that expires. Publishing is free too. Charging starts only when an organization collects more responses in a month than the free plan includes.

Can I take my forms with me?

Yes. A form is standard JSON Schema (draft-07), not a proprietary format — the editor shows you the whole document, and you can copy it from there on any plan.

Do I need an account to try it?

Not to try it: the editor opens straight away and keeps a single draft in your browser. An account is what lets you keep more than one. Signing in is free, with Google or GitHub, and it saves your forms to an organization, lets you build as many as you like, and is required to publish a campaign.

What happens when I cancel?

The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that the organization is on the free plan again: every campaign keeps running, within the free plan's monthly responses. If a renewal payment fails, the plan stays active for two weeks while the card is retried.
