Free to build

Build the form. Share the link. Watch the answers arrive.

Data Atlas is a drag-and-drop form builder, and the editor is free to use. Publish a form as a campaign, share one link, and every answer lands in your Google Sheet as it comes in.

Try it without an account — one draft, kept in your browser. Signing in is free, and that is what lets you keep more than one form and publish it.

The Data Atlas form builder. On the left, a palette of components grouped into Basic, Inputs, Layout and Advanced. In the middle, an event signup form on the canvas with fields for full name, email address, which day you will attend, and dietary requirements. On the right, the properties panel editing the selected field's label, placeholder and validation.

What you get

A real form builder, free

Drag fields onto the page and group them into sections. Undo, autosave and version history are built in, never metered — and a form is plain JSON Schema you can copy out.

Campaigns, not just links

A campaign publishes one pinned version of a form, so editing never changes what respondents see. Start, stop and share it from one place.

Delivered where you work

Send every submission to a Google Sheet as it arrives, with columns that follow the form. Connect the sheet once and it keeps filling itself.

Teams and organizations

Forms belong to an organization and, optionally, a team. Add teammates by the email they sign in with, and give each the role they need.

How it works

Build

Open the editor and lay out the form. Preview it and try it before you publish.

Publish

Create a campaign from the form. It pins the version and gives you a share link.

Collect

Submissions land in the campaign, and in your Google Sheet as they arrive.

Review

Read the answers in Data Atlas or in your sheet, and export them when you need to.

The same event signup form in the editor's preview: full name, email address, a date picker and a longer text box, above a submit button.
Preview, in the editor: try the form before you publish it.
